Filipino is the standard language in the Philippines. It is expected that Ubuntu should support either Filipino or Tagalog. What is not expected is that Ubuntu also supports Filipino dialects such as Hiligaynon (Iloilo) and Cebuano (Cebu).

Hiligaynon

Ubuntu is a community developed, Linux-based operating system that is perfect for laptops, desktops and servers. It contains all the applications you need - a web browser, presentation, document and spreadsheet software, instant messaging and much more.

For Mr. Isang Kilong Bigas Miktots.

– Screenshot of Unicode Symbols at Wikipedia
You’re wondering how those other bloggers write some of the symbols you see above. You’re banging your head on the wall because you can’t find those symbols anywhere in your keyboard. Give yourself some slack because I’m going to teach you how.
First, you want to know how to write ☺ because you want to let the world know how happy your are. From the figure above you will notice that the smiley is on row 2630 and on column A. For you to write a smiley you should write (make sure you are in Edit Html Mode):
☺
The above text will turn into a ☺ when you publish your post. It follows this format:
&#xnnnm;
Where nnnm is the Unicode of the symbol. The nnn is the first three numbers of column (263 from 2630 for the smiley) and m is the number of the column (A for the smiley). The x should always be the lowercase of the letter X.
Now that you know how to do it, you want to write ♥ because you want to let the world know how much you love efrenefren for teaching you how to write Unicode Symbols. You can do that by writing:
♥
♥♥♥ Don’t forget the x. You will get a different symbol if you forget the x. Go and show the whole world your new ability.
Thanks to XML and HTML character entity references.

In my thirst to win the lotto, I got statistics from the archive of lotto results so that I can make a calculated bet. The research was in vain though, because there was no significant difference between the probability of the number with the lowest chance of winning to the probability of number with highest chance of winning.

Top 10 Winning Numbers
The complete results can be seen here: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pPSG_Dyv14VTDZ_L_MgrOXA
WordPress displays the ruby code incorrectly. You can look at the code here. What the code does is count the number of times a number is drawn and divide that number with the total number of draws of the chosen game type.
The archive of lotto results is provided by yehey.com.
I’ll wait for next year. I will bet if the statistics are still the same.
